The Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Client Service Manager to join our Home Care team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the service relationship between clients and our organisation, ensuring that clients receive optimal levels of care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for clients and their families, providing information and support regarding available services.
  • Manage and record client complaints and compliments in accordance with our Feedback Policy and Procedure.
  • Ensure timely completion of wellness visits, client contacts, and annual reviews to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the clinical and allied health team, taking into account client goals and needs.
  • Manage client funds to ensure delivery of care and services at the appropriate level, while maintaining financial stability.
  • Conduct assessments with new clients, focusing on understanding their needs and providing a positive and accurate experience.
  • Ensure regular face-to-face visits and contact with clients to maintain a strong service relationship.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to meet client expectations and needs, considering a range of options and services.
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service, going beyond expectations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and work accurately under pressure.
  • Adept ability to learn and be proficient in several software programs and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Passion for customer service and working with older people.
  • Evidence of COVID-19 and 2024 Flu vaccinations.
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity).
  • Successful completion of pre-employment health form and reference checks.
  • Class C driver's licence.
  • Certificate IV Community Service Coordinator, EN or RN qualification (desirable).
  • Will to complete a 5-day paid induction at the Amana Living Training Institute (ALTI) located in Rivervale.
