Amana Living is a leading provider of aged care services in Western Australia, dedicated to supporting older people and their families.

About the Role

The Client Service Manager will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care and support. As a key member of our Home Care team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating care plans, and providing administrative support.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, within our Home Care team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, providing information on available services and support.
  • Manage and record client feedback and concerns, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate wellness visits, client contacts, and annual reviews, ensuring that clients receive optimal levels of care and support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with the clinical and allied health team to ensure that client needs are met.
  • Manage client funds, ensuring that care and services are delivered at the appropriate level while maintaining a balanced budget.
  • Conduct assessments with new clients, focusing on understanding their needs and responding positively to questions and concerns.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in customer service and administration. You should be able to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, plus benefits including salary packaging, childcare assistance, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
