Automated Quality Specialist

As an Automated Quality Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and contribute to our mission of advancing the field of laboratory automation.
We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as we accelerate our growth journey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or a related field, with experience in quality assurance and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and quality process and procedures
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness
- Work closely with the quality team to provide administrative and technical support
- Design and implement process enhancements to optimize production while maintaining product quality and safety standards
- Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations, out-of-box failures, and quality issues
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to scale up new products and processes into production
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking out opportunities to enhance processes
Requirements:
- Degree or trade qualification in engineering or a related discipline (mechatronics/mechanical preferably)
- Proven experience in a related manufacturing field with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization
- Prior experience with ISO 13485 quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings and specifications
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills (written and oral) using business and user-friendly language with a commercial mindset
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and well-organized, able to handle multiple tasks with a clear sense of ownership and priority
