  • Develop strategies for owned digital assets, focusing on engagement and long-term value creation
  • Craft quarterly experimentation roadmaps for customer touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities along the Customer Journey
  • Define and align Key Performance Indicators with partners for adoption and retention
  • Identify and execute personalisation opportunities on customer surfaces
  • Utilise AI tools for advanced A/B testing analysis and insights
  • Streamline experimentation processes within Digital Marketing

About you:

  • 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing or Performance Marketing, ideally with expertise in adoption and/or customer retention
  • Expertise in A/B testing and statistical analysis
  • Strong data-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with user-tracking and qualitative data
  • Knowledge of UX principles and web design best practices
  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript proficiency preferred
  • Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies
