**Job Opportunity**

 

We are currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the Warehouse function to ensure supplies of materials and finished goods are available within required time frames.

 

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Ensuring safety in all day-to-day operations, including loading/unloading trucks and stock movements within the warehouse.
  • Processing inbound deliveries from 3PL into factory, including planning raw material replenishment for production, inspecting incoming materials against orders, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
  • Processing outbound customer orders, including picking, staging, scanning, and loading stock for distribution of goods to customers.
  • Managing inventory, including performing daily cycle counts and annual stock counts, investigating and reconciling inventory discrepancies, and maintaining overall stock integrity and hygiene in the warehouse.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Forklift (LF) licence and/or High Risk Work License for Order Picking Forklift license (LO).
  • Competent computer literacy skills, with experience in using WMS systems like SAP viewed favourably.
  • A desire to learn and willingness to work rotating shifts.
  • Knowledge of using RF Scanners.
  • Experience working in a high-volume warehouse and distribution environment.
  • Solid understanding and adherence to WH&S policies and Chain of Responsibility.
  • Knowledge of inventory management.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, technical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
