Procurement Specialist Role Overview

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for the procurement of goods and services in support of Drilling Services and additional business functions across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely conversions of purchase requisitions into purchase orders or internal sales orders
  • Driving Business Process Improvement initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with the Perth Distribution Centre for management and performance of Forward Stocking Locations (FSL's)
Requirements:
  • Detailed understanding of all supply chain functions and processes, including purchasing, vendor negotiations, and cost saving initiatives
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Proven communication skills with the ability to converse with those at all levels
