Job Title: Visual Merchandise Manager

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to spearhead the development of immersive brand experiences in retail spaces. As a Visual Merchandise Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the look, feel, and storytelling of our stores, from layouts and digital screens to activations, storytelling, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute in-store brand and visual merchandising strategies aligned to business goals
  • Own the look and feel of all customer-facing physical environments
  • Partner with brands, marketing, and merchandise teams to translate campaigns into engaging in-store executions
  • Lead the delivery of promotional activations, masterclasses, and retail theatre
  • Regularly visit stores to ensure brand experience is consistent, engaging, and high-performing

As a seasoned professional with 10+ years' experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing, or brand experience, and at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally across multi-site operations, you should have a proven track record of building brand environments from scratch or scaling new concepts, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage competing priorities and lead through ambiguity.

You will work closely with cross-functional partners, including Tech and CX, to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences and track the effectiveness of in-store campaigns to identify opportunities for improvement.
