Embedding Risk and Compliance Expertise

This unique cross-functional role spans two enabling functions—People & Culture (P&C) and Clients & Markets (C&M)—with a primary focus on risk and compliance management for the P&C function, and a secondary focus supporting risk governance and compliance initiatives across the C&M and Corporate Affairs teams.

You will help solve complex problems by leveraging your skills in:

  • Proven experience in HR risk, policy, and compliance, ideally within a professional services or regulated environment
  • A strong understanding of risk management frameworks as well as audit frameworks
  • Experience managing teams and delivering coaching and development
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and analytical skills
  • Experience in markets/client service, sustainability, or communications

In this role, you will lead line 1 risk management activities for P&C, implement and oversee risk frameworks, conduct control design, testing, and stress assessments, report risk exposures, and prepare regular risk reporting.
