Music Educator Wanted for Secondary School
We are seeking a passionate and committed Christian music educator to join our dynamic high school team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic teacher who is highly motivated to support our school in maintaining and developing learning and innovation, ensuring continued academic achievement, and inspiring, engaging, and valuing every student.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach music subjects to students from Years 7-12
- Develop lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs
- Use various teaching strategies to enhance student knowledge and understanding
- Maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents through effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborate as part of a team to achieve school goals
- Utilize data to inform teaching practices and stay current with educational developments
Requirements
- A commitment to Christ and support for the Christian ethos and values of our school
- Relevant teaching qualifications and accreditation
- Willingsness to teach a variety of subjects and adapt to changing circumstances
- Ability to utilize technology in teaching and learning
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in using data to inform teaching practices
