We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Studio Manager to represent our brand and drive our studio forward.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering 10+ pilates classes per week, providing personal attention to clients, clear instructions, and cues while ensuring correct form and stage presence. This includes inspiring and motivating an energetic environment, balancing teaching, changing lights and music during class.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and pass STRONG Pilates training academy
  • Deliver high-quality pilates classes with a focus on client care and experience
  • Inspire and motivate an energetic environment, balancing teaching, changing lights and music during class
Community Building and Engagement
  • Welcome clients by name and develop positive client relations
  • Engage clients in events and maintain strong relationships within the studio community
Studio Maintenance and Administration
  • Maintain upkeep of the studio between classes
  • Manage social media platforms and assist with membership sales, scheduling, and other administrative tasks
