Project Lawyer Position

A project lawyer with 5+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure and projects is required to drive landmark development projects from start to finish. This involves owning contracts, negotiations and full project lifecycles.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead contract drafting, review and negotiations across diverse projects including commercial developments and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategic approaches to deliver client objectives and maximize business growth.
  • Collaborate with senior partners and multidisciplinary teams to achieve success and foster a positive work environment.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues through professional guidance and coaching.
  • Engage in business development and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of construction law and its application in the delivery of major projects.
  • Highly developed communication and negotiation skills for effective team collaboration and client engagement.
  • Proactive approach with ability to guide and support others in achieving shared goals.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
