Job Title: Infrastructure Project ManagerJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

About this Role:
  • Direct the hour-by-hour and day-to-day activities of the workforce immediately under their control.
  • Evaluate work activities for strict adherence to contract/project OH&S Management Plans, statutory OH&S rules, regulations, and requirements, as well as industry and QA standards.
  • Ensure personnel within their area of responsibility are capable, trained, and qualified to undertake tasks they are engaged to complete.
  • Undertake risk reviews prior to task commencement and daily review prolonged tasks.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement and innovation of work practices.
Requirements:
  • Construction/maintenance techniques and methods.
  • Plant operation and techniques.
  • Civil Construction/road maintenance and asset management.
  • Civil/road maintenance industry background.
  • Prior experience in Contract/project activity supervision.
  • Leadership skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Cert III civil construction.
  • Basic surveying skills.
  • Ability to read plans and drawings and develop short-term work programs.
