Visionary Leader for Transport Projects

AECOM, the world's trusted infrastructure consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our senior management team in Sydney. As a key member of our Highways Team, you will be responsible for supporting the team in winning, managing and delivering projects across a diverse range of Transport initiatives.
We are looking for a motivated leader who brings out the best in people and fosters an environment that promotes a diverse and inclusive space. The successful candidate will have the ability to set and communicate a clear set of actions with associated proposed outcomes and timeframes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Govern and deliver a program of projects, ensuring they are adequately resourced, delivered on time and within budget, and meet client satisfaction expectations.
- Drive technical excellence and exceptional project delivery, representing the company at Technical Practice Networks.
- Support winning work aligned with our ANZ Strategy, inputting into developing the regional business plan for the business line.

A competitive estimated salary for this role is between $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
