About the Role

We are seeking a sales-focused individual who is passionate about customer service and would like to work in a colourful and inspiring workplace. If you are energetic, driven, have a strong work ethic and the ability work Saturdays on a rotating roster then this role is for you.

The ideal candidate will be confident with people, have great communication skills and can easily build strong relationships with peers, customers and clients. You will also have the ability to communicate clearly with customers and enjoy building relationships with customers and colleagues.

As an Assistant Manager, you will develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies, ensure high levels of customer service are maintained, assist in maintaining stock levels and comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong working relationships with depot/agencies
  • Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained
  • Cash handling / EFTPOS
  • Accurately mix and tint paint
  • Assist in maintaining stock levels
  • Comply with safety standards

Skills & Experience

You will have an interest in our products, retail/trade sales and management experience would be desirable but not essential, paint product and application/hardware experience will be highly regarded but not essential, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers.
