We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our Parent Pathways Adelaide South team. As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing site performance, driving success, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of families. You will be responsible for providing direct line management and oversight for a team of Mentors, ensuring all KPIs and other contractual obligations are achieved.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead a dynamic team of Mentors and Senior Mentors, dedicated to providing a high-quality service to parents striving for long-term economic stability and wellbeing.
- Oversee site performance, ensuring we deliver an outstanding values-driven service and meet/exceed KPIs and contractual standards.
- Take charge of operational delivery and team management within the Parent Pathways region, ensuring exceptional results.
- Maintain a deep understanding of local caseloads, key employers, services, schools, training providers, and other relevant partner organisations.
- Participate in performance appraisals and foster effective communication to enhance staff retention, development, feedback, and recognition.
About You
- You have tertiary qualifications in areas such as Employment Services, Community Services, or other relevant fields.
- You possess experience leading or delivering an employment or other relevant support service, including advanced barrier management, reverse marketing, placement of candidates into employment, and provision of post-placement support and verification.
- Relevant lived experience would be highly valued, as it enriches our support for participants experiencing barriers while navigating a complex system.
- You demonstrate awareness of current employment, education, social, and support challenges faced by parents with young children.
- You have demonstrated success in a high-performing workplace with a strong commitment to high-quality, values-based human services.
- You hold a Driver's licence and a Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent (or are willing to apply for a WWCC).
