Job Title: Salesforce Platform Architect

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement technical standards for the Salesforce solution, ensuring they are documented and followed by the team.
  • Verify that projects or programs are utilizing Salesforce capabilities effectively to address business needs.
  • Participate in scrum teams to continuously improve and enhance Salesforce capability.
  • Manage the release and deployment process for the Salesforce application.
  • Deliver hands-on technical work, including Salesforce configurations, coding, integrations, and deployments.
  • Communicate ideas to stakeholders and drive outcomes that meet client requirements.
  • Contribute to Salesforce Roadmap, Project initiatives, and solution design discussions.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Community, and Shared service teams to gather requirements, build, and communicate insights, identify product opportunities, and offer recommendations for future improvements.
  • Support the Head of Enterprise Applications and wider IT teams by contributing to streamlined processes for administrative, Jira tickets, development, and change management initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and training to improve adoption of solution components across the organisation.
  • Perform regular internal system audits and maintain or create platform documentation.
