Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned technical lead to spearhead the development of a key SCO Prevention project utilizing Salesforce OmniStudio.

This role requires strong leadership skills, expert-level knowledge of OmniStudio, and the ability to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution architecture and implementation using Salesforce OmniStudio.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical design aligns with business objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members and guide technical delivery.
  • Ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing OmniStudio processes.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation and report progress.

Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations and architecture.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Geelong 1–2 days per week.

  • Salesforce certifications.
