Resident Care Leader

Job Summary:
- This role is responsible for overseeing the daily care and well-being of residents, ensuring they receive high-quality service that meets their individual needs.
- The successful candidate will work closely with healthcare professionals to assess and address resident health issues, develop personalized care plans, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs, preferences, and goals.
Collaborate with medical professionals to identify and address potential health risks, providing support and guidance as needed.
Supervise staff members on each shift, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to provide excellent care to residents.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and respectful living environment.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in nursing or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
