We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Legal Secretary to support our dynamic legal team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring our front-of-house and administration run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and greet clients in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and handle mail, filing, and scanning of legal documents with efficiency
- Support senior secretaries with administrative duties, including data entry and document preparation
- Maintain meeting rooms and supplies, ensuring a high standard of organization and cleanliness
Requirements:
- A motivated individual with a great attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new software systems quickly
