About the RoleThe Senior Luxury Sales Leader at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is responsible for leading and supporting the sales team, fostering client relationships, and strategizing to meet ambitious growth targets. With a proactive approach, you will partner with clients to position the hotel as the preferred choice for luxury accommodations, events, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets across all market segments.
- Plan, refine, and execute sales strategies to maximize room occupancy, event bookings, and corporate partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying new business and fostering ongoing connections.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align the Sales strategy and capitalize on brand initiatives.
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and drive competitive strategies.
- Represent Sofitel Gold Coast at key industry events and networking to enhance brand visibility and drive business.
- You present with a luxury attitude and elevated emotional quotient (EQ).
- Previous experience in a sales management role essential, ideally in luxury hospitality or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing revenue-generating strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment, being accountable for your team's overall performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent relationship management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Knowledge and ability to operate Opera Cloud Software and various CRM software.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
