  • The estimated annual salary for this role is AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

  • This is a career that lets your passion shine, working closely with the senior sales team members on new business and assisting in preparing proposals, contracts, and event packages.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and maintain accurate group booking records.
  • Additionally, you will prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for smaller events, manage deposits and payments, and oversee billing processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A luxury attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a high EQ are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience in event coordination or a similar administrative role in hospitality is preferred.
  • You should have strong organisational and multitasking skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and a client-focused mindset.
  • Knowledge and ability to operate Opera Cloud Software and various CRM systems are also required.
