About our West End Fitness Club

We are seeking a highly skilled Club Manager to lead our dynamic team and drive business success in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The Opportunity

This exciting role offers the chance to inspire and motivate your team, oversee club operations, and contribute to achieving sales targets. You will use your leadership skills, financial acumen, analytical capability, and management expertise to create a thriving and growing fitness club.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of sales performance and analysis to inform proactive strategies for improvement
  • Proactive contribution to sales growth and achievement of targets
  • Management of profit and loss levels, ensuring effective financial control
  • Leading the delivery of exceptional member experiences and resolving member concerns
  • Recruitment, training, and retention of staff members
  • Conducting regular 1:1 and team meetings with departmental leaders
  • Annual performance appraisals

Requirements for Success

To succeed in this role, you will need leadership experience managing a sales team with 5+ direct/indirect reports in a high-volume environment. Strong stakeholder management, verbal, written, and time management skills are essential, as well as experience in managing budgets and monitoring/reporting on P&L.
