Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the strategic direction and planning of underpinning technologies to enable modern capabilities.
  • Champion the underpinning technologies and enablement of ICT platforms and service capabilities to foster service adoption and enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior technical partners.
  • Participate in resource allocations to deliver services and projects.
  • Lead the technical design and configuration of platforms and services to meet customer requirements.
  • Monitor the effective operation of platforms and services.
  • Lead the development and adoption of technical patterns for reliable and consistent solution delivery.
  • Provide advice and consultation to support ICT operations processes and ICT vendor performance processes during escalations.
  • Participate in ICT risk management to identify operational and technology risks.
  • Participate in financial management of platforms and services budgets and projects.

As a Solution Designer, you will work collaboratively with project teams within the Chief Technology Office as well as with other internal stakeholders to ensure digital solutions work seamlessly in our technical architecture.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree of Business Management/Information Technology or Equivalent Knowledge.
  • Diploma in Project Management or Equivalent Knowledge.

Experience with integration experience ideally in Azure and Technical PCI Implementation. Microsoft Stack expertise is highly desirable.
