Job Description

We are seeking a talented Creative Manager to join our team in Australia-New Zealand. As a key member of our design studio, you will be responsible for leading and coaching multidisciplinary creative teams across geographies.

Your primary objective will be to provide strategic and hands-on creative direction across multiple formats and channels. This includes collaborating with business leaders to scope, price, and pitch creative solutions that drive business results.

You will also be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to embed GenAI, motion, interactive, and automation tools into workflows, driving process innovation to improve speed to market and creative impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach multidisciplinary creative teams across geographies
  • Provide strategic and hands-on creative direction across multiple formats and channels
  • Collaborate with business leaders to scope, price, and pitch creative solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders to embed GenAI, motion, interactive, and automation tools into workflows
  • Drive process innovation to improve speed to market and creative impact
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

8-10 years of experience in creative leadership, preferably in agency, in-house, or consultancy environments

Demonstrated experience managing distributed creative teams and collaborating across time zones

Deep proficiency in Adobe CC, PowerPoint, Figma/Adobe XD, motion/video suites, and GenAI toolchains

Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident engaging C-suite audiences and facilitating workshops

Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
