**About This Role**

At Spotify, we believe that creativity is the key to connecting brands with fans. We're looking for a skilled leader who can inspire and educate internal and external teams on the power of creativity.

  • Develop and lead the APAC creative strategy arm of the Creative Lab to deliver impactful concepts and positioning.
  • Inspire people to think broadly about advertising industry dynamics and impact on business, and apply them to our positioning, products, programs, and offerings.
  • Partner with clients and agencies to develop award-winning advertising on Spotify at scale.

As a creative strategist, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that creativity is captured and efficiency is top of mind. You'll also identify and maintain a unique position for Spotify's creative offerings and deliver them in a compelling way to convince partners to explore solutions with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all operational responsibilities, including account and resource management, OKR tracking, and reporting.
  • Facilitate inspirational workshops with senior-level partners to find the right balance of boundary-pushing creative expression and brand realities.
  • Work closely with other teams within the Creative Lab, including ops and production, creative intelligence, and global creative leads.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of advertising industry dynamics and impact on business. You'll also need strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
