Lead Cyber Security Assurance Specialist

**Job Title:**
Lead Cyber Security Assurance SpecialistOverview:
- Develop and implement comprehensive cyber security risk assurance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on security best practices.
- Communicate complex technical risks to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate informed decision-making processes.
- Drive process improvements and engagement models to enhance team performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cyber security, focusing on architecture, testing, and assurance.
- Proven expertise in conducting technical risk assessments.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, PCI, NIST, and E8.
- Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Experience working in large, complex environments.
