The Role
In this role as Mechanical Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing complex maintenance on HVAC systems, working on various ongoing and upcoming jobs in Central Queensland. You will report to the Customer Account Manager and be based in Mackay.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing hands-on complex maintenance to all HVAC systems
- Providing technical support as required
- Conducting detailed inspections of buildings/sites
- Installing refrigerant pipe work, flow controls, and accessories
- Providing quotations for service job or installation works
- Developing strong relationships with customers
What Makes You Stand Out
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess relevant State and National Trade Licences, including ARCTick and NREL. You must also have a valid Driver's Licence for the state of employment and exceptional customer service skills.

Benefits and Salary
We offer an attractive salary range of AUD $80,000 - AUD $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect a range of benefits, including company vehicle/car allowance, electronic tablet, mobile phone, uniforms, referral bonus, financial wellness programs, hands-on training and development, flexible working environment, and employee assistance program (EAP) for immediate family included.
