Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Strategist.

This position involves providing expert financial guidance and analysis to support key business decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting timely, accurate, and understandable management reports, KPIs, and financial reports.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt and problem solve.

A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach to effective decision-making is essential in this role.

You will be required to provide evidence of or be in the process of obtaining a current Police Record Check.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present timely, accurate, and understandable management reports, KPIs, and financial reports.
  • Develop annual budgets, monthly reviews, and analysis with regular forecasting.
  • Partner with the Operations team to build their budgets.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.

  • A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach to effective decision-making.
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • A current Police Record Check.
