Lead AI Strategist

Our organization seeks a visionary Lead AI Strategist to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute AI strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define project requirements.
  • Develop and implement AI architectures and solutions that meet client needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from conception to deployment.
  • Evaluate the scalability, performance, and security of AI solutions.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior AI engineers and data scientists.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AI team.

Successful candidates will hold a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in AI and machine learning. Proven experience in consulting and designing AI architectures is essential, along with strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java, and expertise with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.

Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka, experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and generative AI models, and publications or contributions to the AI community.
