Senior Healthcare Professional

This role is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Professional to provide high-quality patient care in an acute aged care setting.
Key Responsibilities:- To assess patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and perform various medical procedures as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on health-related topics.
- Holds current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication within a multidisciplinary team.
- Available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
- Has a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital or aged care setting.
- Accrued Day Off each month (ADO)
