Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Pavement Engineer to lead our technical delivery of pavement projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of national pavement design standards, materials, and construction methods.

You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing design reports, specifications, and drawings across all project phases.

A key aspect of this role is mentoring junior engineers and supporting their technical development.

Requirements

  • Pavement Engineer specialising in pavement design with 15+ years' experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to positively influence others.
  • Proven experience in delivering projects, providing technical leadership, managing design processes, and working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
