Full-Time Opportunity

This role offers hands-on experience across the full scope of residential sales, working closely with a high-performing agent and gaining exposure to everything from open homes and client meetings to back-end campaign support.

You'll be mentored and learn from real-time feedback and coaching at team meetings, with opportunities for daily prospecting and phone work alongside the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales agent with the listing and selling of residential properties
  • Attending open inspections and engaging with prospective buyers
  • Managing client and vendor communication throughout campaigns
  • Coordinating property marketing and preparing necessary documentation
  • Assisting with daily prospecting and phone work alongside the team
  • Attending team meetings and learning from real-time feedback and coaching

About You:

A can-do attitude with a genuine interest in building a long-term real estate career is essential. You should be well-presented, professional, and confident in both communication and organisation, with a strong work ethic and willingness to work Saturdays.

Experience in real estate is preferred but not essential, as personality, attitude, and commitment are key. Exposure to AgentBox or similar CRMs is a bonus.
