Assistant in Nursing Role

This role is for a compassionate and skilled individual to join our team as an Assistant in Nursing. As a member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in the Acute Aged Care Unit.

The ideal candidate will have effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the nursing team to deliver a high standard of patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled or currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing degree or deemed equivalent.
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
