About the Role

This is a key position within our Risk Management and Data Science team, playing a crucial role in credit risk strategy, decisioning, forecasting, portfolio analytics and controls monitoring.

The successful candidate will be involved in business-critical initiatives related to our ANZ strategy, including enhancing credit risk management and decisioning capabilities.

  • Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of credit limit strategies.
  • Implement behavioural models for optimal decisioning aligned with risk appetite.
  • Maintain and improve automated decisioning for credit limit applications.
  • Develop rules to optimise approval rates and limit provisioning.
  • Implement test and monitor rules on the decision platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on credit risk initiatives.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
