Remote Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Store Manager to oversee the operations of our remote store in Outback Australia. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with local communities and driving profitable outcomes for the region.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in retail and hospitality leadership, with a track record of coaching and mentoring teams. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build relationships with diverse cultures.

The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and a supportive attitude, with a passion for community development and high-level customer service.

About the Role
  1. Foster strong relationships with local communities and drive profitable outcomes for the region.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail and/or hospitality leadership.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
