We are seeking a Maintenance Officer to join our team at Taringa Parkside Retirement Living. This role is responsible for maintaining the village to the highest standard for all residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall village appearance by attending to light maintenance tasks around the community and in resident villas.
  • Complete groundskeeping tasks and provide excellent customer service to residents.
  • Oversee maintenance work undertaken by contractors within the community.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the community remains safe and well-maintained.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in general maintenance and domestic tasks.
  • A warm and caring personality with a strong interest in making a positive impact daily.
