About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Academic Curriculum Developer to join our team at the University of South Australia. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality curriculum for our online Bachelor of Psychology program.

The successful candidate will have a doctoral qualification in psychology and evidence of recent teaching experience in a relevant field. You will also have demonstrated passion and proficiency in undertaking teaching duties, including the design and preparation of online teaching activities and resources.

You will work closely with our team to implement teaching approaches that maximize student learning outcomes and contribute to the recruitment and development of online tutoring staff within UniSA Online.

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in teaching statistics and research methodologies, as well as a range of discipline-specific courses in psychology. You will also have experience in managing diverse student cohorts and competing demands.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Doctoral qualification in Psychology
  • Evidence of recent teaching experience and discipline knowledge within a relevant field
  • Demonstrated passion for and proficiency in undertaking teaching duties
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of a wide range of education technologies
