Job Summary:
As a claims professional, you will play a key role in managing motor fleet claim files, including assessment, investigation, and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claim files to ensure timely and effective resolution of claims.
- Liaise with clients, claimants, and service providers to advance or resolve claims.
- Provide detailed analysis of claims as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare correspondence to support claims resolution, demonstrating strong communication skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in claims management is essential.
- Advanced Excel and Word skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building relationships with clients and colleagues.
