Occupational Therapist Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and growing business. As a New Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support services to our participants.

Job Description:

Our Occupational Therapists are responsible for managing participant caseloads, designing therapy programs to achieve specific outcomes, and assessing participants' functional capacity through clinical assessments. You will provide best practice evidence-based support services that increase participants' life skills and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of participants and design therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes.
  • Assess participants' functional capacity including physical and psychological abilities through clinical assessments.
  • Provide best practice evidence-based support services that increase participants' life skills and independence.
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to adapt environments for participants including assistive technology.
Requirements:
  • Occupational Therapist (with eligibility for full AHPRA registration).
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check & Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current driver licence and vehicle (vehicle use reimbursement is provided).
  • Exceptional time management and verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving.
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
