Program Overview

National's 360 GO Graduate Experience is designed to equip you with the knowledge and expertise required to succeed in occupational therapy. The program includes:

  1. Simulated Practice: Gain hands-on experience in a safe environment, practicing therapeutic skills and scenarios before working with clients.
  2. Experiential Learning: Immerse yourself in real-life situations, connecting new information to existing knowledge with everyday applications.
  3. Theoretical Foundation: Develop your clinical expertise through immersive and interactive workshops facilitated by subject matter experts.
  4. Individualised Development: Work with a custom program tailored to your career goals and aspirations.
Job Description

In this rewarding role, you'll lead the delivery of high-quality, community-based care with support from your clinical supervisor and team leader. A typical day may involve:

  • Supporting clients in the community, in their home, or via telehealth.
  • Meeting with your clinical supervisor for supervision.
  • Preparing for appointments, writing reports, and completing case notes.
  • Collaborating with your multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, and early childhood practitioners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in occupational therapy.
  • Registration with AHPRA (or pending).
  • An interest in community healthcare.
  • Access to a vehicle and a current driver's licence.
  • NDIS workers check and working with children check.
