The Whitsunday region, located in Queensland, Australia, is home to stunning coastal locations and a relaxed atmosphere. As an experienced Parts Interpreter for our client's dealership, you'll be part of a dedicated team providing excellent service to customers.

About the Role
In this exciting opportunity, we're seeking two skilled individuals to join our parts department. The successful applicants will have experience working in a similar role within a dealership environment, with top automotive franchises being a must. Our ideal candidate will possess sound mechanical knowledge and computer literacy, as well as a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring their needs are met
• Work closely with colleagues to maintain a high level of inventory management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements
• Proven experience in a similar role within a dealership environment
• Enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic
• Sound mechanical knowledge and computer literacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full Australian Working Rights
