">You will work as a healthcare professional providing clinical leadership to staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for delivering high-quality patient care.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Patient Care – Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized nursing care for patients.">
- Clinical Skills – Administer medications, perform procedures, monitor vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition.">
- Communication – Collaborate with doctors, allied health professionals, patients and families to ensure safe and effective care.">
- Documentation – Maintain accurate and timely records of patient assessments, treatments and outcomes.">
- Education & Advocacy – Educate patients and families about health, treatment, and prevention, while advocating for patient needs.">
Requirements:
">- AHPRA Registration.">
- Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care setting.">
- Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organized manner during periods of high demand and activity.">
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.">
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills.">
