Lead Financial Services Transformation

Job Overview

A senior professional is required to lead the transformation of financial services through impactful and meaningful human-centered experiences. The individual will work closely with industry leaders, client partners, and marketing teams to build a strong reputation as a trusted leader in customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cutting-edge experience transformation that integrates deep financial services expertise.
  • Communicate design-led strategies that create competitive advantage, including GenAI-powered products.
  • Engage executive stakeholders in dialogue around design, customer experience, and transformation priorities.
  • Lead complex client engagements, building trusted relationships and navigating stakeholder dynamics.
  • Define and deliver impactful propositions from ideation through to execution and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years' experience in Experience Strategy & Design from a leading consulting firm, agency, product company or enterprise organisation.
  • Experience and established networks in the Financial Services space, with breadth or exposure to other industries such as retail and insurance a plus.
  • Deep expertise or training in one or more crafts within the Experience capability, with a solid understanding of two or more core experience practises spanning Service Design, Product Design, Design Research.
