Investment Administration Role Overview

This permanent position in Sydney CBD requires a key member of our trading team to ensure the smooth operation of investment administration processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the financial services industry
  • A strong understanding of Australian securities and managed funds
  • Knowledge of various financial products and instruments available in the domestic market

Responsibilities include reconciliation of cash records, positions, and trades to custodians, as well as timely delivery of reporting requirements to fund managers. The administration system must be updated relating to investment trades, corporate actions, income receipts, and cash movements.

Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be able to provide documentation requested by the Compliance & Risk team and prepare periodic reports for fund managers.
