Seasonal Laboratory Assistant

Role Overview:
Support the winemaking team with routine sampling and analysis throughout the vintage period.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Routine sampling and analysis of tanks
- Testing grape samples
- Monitoring ferments for: Baume, Temperature, YAN (Yeast Assimilable Nitrogen), pH, TA (Titratable Acidity), Alcohol, Glucose & Fructose (G+F), Malolactic fermentation (Malo)
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work shifts and weekends
- Own reliable transport required
- Available for the full vintage period
- At least 18 years old
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in a laboratory environment
- Previous winery experience
This role offers the opportunity to learn new skills in a dynamic winery environment, collaborate with colleagues from around the world, and gain valuable experience in wine production.
