Senior Asset Protection Specialist

The Loss Prevention Manager oversees and assists the loss prevention team, ensuring optimal security measures are implemented throughout the premises. This entails monitoring activity both during and after regular business hours, including weekends.
Responsibilities include conducting patrols to verify doors are locked and the building is secure, as well as making adjustments to the environment as necessary to mitigate potential safety concerns.
Additionally, the Loss Prevention Manager locks and unlocks designated areas of the building based on daily activities, completes daily reports, takes incident reports from employees or guests, and performs basic first aid when required.
They also monitor fire safety equipment, assist with evacuations or emergency situations, and utilize their skills to apply common sense in standardized situations.
This role requires proficiency in reading and interpreting documents, such as safety rules and procedure manuals, as well as being able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
Key qualifications for this position include a high school diploma or equivalent, two to four years of related experience, or a combination of education and training.
Required skills include oral and written communication, time management, customer service, and professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
