About This Role

This is a key position for providing asset integrity and maintenance advice to clients from both strategic and front-line perspectives.

You will be an integral part of a high-performing team of integrity and maintenance professionals executing jobs of varying sizes and complexity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Risk-Based Inspection Assessments
  • Anomaly Assessments and Analysis
  • Defect Assessment, Fitness for Service Calculations and Modelling
  • Failure Investigations
  • Developing maintenance and asset integrity programmes and plans
  • Asset Integrity Management Systems benchmarking and audits

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Material or Corrosion Engineering
  • Between 5 and 10 years work experience preferably within an integrity function in a hydrocarbons or chemical environment
  • Familiar with CMMS interfaces such as SAP and workflow
  • Understanding of local and international standards covering the management of pressure equipment
  • An understanding of computerised integrity management software / databases
  • Exposure to risk management and process safety concepts
  • Understanding and capable of performing FFS and RBI assessments.
