We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our team.
This is a key leadership role responsible for the smooth operation of our office.
The successful candidate will be accountable for managing the day-to-day activities, supervising staff and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, and facilities maintenance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and resolve conflicts
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and direct staff
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with office software and systems, including Xero and Microsoft Office
