Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Description

A role exists to qualify leads and connect customers with our property hub as they begin their property journey.

In this position, you will speak with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can assist. You will also qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre-qualified appointments into calendars.

Opportunities exist for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options. We encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their appointment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include strong communication skills and a passion for helping people. Previous sales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience is preferred but not essential.

A keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage broking is beneficial. Drive and resilience are required to hit goals and maximise earning potential.

Unrestricted working rights are necessary.
