Senior Site Operations Manager

This is a senior role that oversees the day-to-day operations of multiple sites, developing strategies and business plans to ensure smooth facility management.
About the Position- The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, supervising and managing maintenance programs with a good understanding of building systems.
- Manage site operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance budgets and contractual agreements.
- Conduct regular audits to verify maintenance activities are aligned with scope and regulatory requirements.
- Handle landlord and property-related issues to maintain safe and fully operational sites.
- Provide support to supervisors and the technical workforce, including subcontractors.
- Deliver regular performance reports and analysis to stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Strong budgeting skills and ability to interpret financial reports.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Candidates must be willing to undergo a Police Check and hold a Current Working with Children Check or be willing to obtain one.
